Terms of Service

Orgenix provides an AI software team that plans, designs, builds, and reviews software in GitHub repositories you connect. Features change as the product develops, and some may be offered as previews.

Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us at t@orgenix.ai if you suspect someone else is using your account. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You own what you put into Orgenix and the code and documents the team produces for you. You give us permission to use that content only to run the service for you, including sending it to the providers listed in our Privacy Policy.

You confirm you have the rights to the repositories and content you connect.

The team's work is produced with AI models and can contain mistakes. Review it before relying on it, especially before releasing it to your users. You decide what gets merged and shipped.

Do not use Orgenix to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
• build malware or attack systems you are not authorized to test;
• interfere with the service or get around its limits;
• resell access without our written agreement.

We may suspend accounts that do.

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe at the prices shown on our pricing page. Plans renew until you cancel; cancelling stops the next renewal. Except where the law requires, fees already paid are not refunded.

Orgenix works with services such as GitHub, and your use of them is also governed by their terms. We are not responsible for those services.

You can stop using Orgenix at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, and we will tell you why when we can.

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

To the extent the law allows, Orgenix is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Orgenix means you accept the new terms.
