Terms of Service

The basic rules for using Orgenix and its app integrations.

Effective date: May 25, 2026

Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Orgenix, including the Orgenix web app, agent workflows, and app integrations.

By using Orgenix, you agree to these Terms. If you use Orgenix on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Private Preview Service

Orgenix is currently offered as a private preview. Features may change, break, be suspended, or be discontinued as we improve the product.

The service is intended to help teams coordinate work with agent-assisted workflows. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs, decisions, communications, and actions taken through connected accounts.

Accounts and Integrations

You are responsible for the accuracy of account information you provide and for maintaining access to the email, OAuth, Slack, Google, GitHub, Cursor, and other accounts you connect.

When you connect an integration, you authorize Orgenix to access and process the data permitted by that integration only to provide the features you configure or request.

You may disconnect integrations or request deletion by emailing t@orgenix.ai. Some deletion or disconnect requests may require manual verification.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Orgenix to violate law, infringe rights, send unlawful or abusive content, bypass service limits, compromise security, or interfere with the service or third-party platforms.

You may not connect accounts, workspaces, repositories, or data unless you have the right to authorize that access.

Customer Data and Outputs

You retain ownership of the data you provide to Orgenix. You grant Orgenix the rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that data to provide and improve the service.

Agent outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for validating outputs before relying on them.

Third-Party Services

Orgenix depends on third-party services such as hosting providers, databases, email providers, AI model providers, Google, Slack, GitHub, Cursor, and other integrations. Their own terms and policies may apply to your use of those services.

We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, policy changes, or data handling outside Orgenix's control.

Fees

If paid plans or usage-based charges apply, the applicable pricing and payment terms will be provided before those charges are incurred. Taxes, third-party platform costs, and integration provider charges may be separate.

Disclaimers and Limits

Orgenix is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orgenix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe use of Orgenix violates these Terms, creates risk for the service or others, or is required by law or a third-party platform.

You may stop using Orgenix at any time and request account or integration deletion by emailing t@orgenix.ai.

Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. The effective date above shows when this page was last updated.

Questions about these Terms can be sent to t@orgenix.ai.
