The VP, the process, and the team

Each role produces required artifacts: Direction Brief, design guideline, product plan, Build Specification, tickets, reviews, release evidence. Each one is produced from the ones before it and consumed downstream, so nothing is decided silently and QA can send a defect back before you ever see it.

Production remains your decision. A passing agent report cannot authorize it, and no role decides for you.
Product-owner intent flows through business analysis, design, development, and independent quality assurance to verified delivery. Quality assurance can return defects to development, and Orgenix asks the product owner when a decision is required.
