How Orgenix handles account, workflow, and integration data.

Effective date: May 25, 2026

Overview

Orgenix provides app integrations and agent-assisted workflows for organizations. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how to contact us about your data.

This is an MVP policy for the Orgenix private preview. As the product matures, we may update this page to reflect new features, subprocessors, or legal requirements.

Data We Collect

We collect account and organization information such as names, email addresses, organization names, authentication identifiers, and product settings.

We collect operational data needed to run the service, including logs, usage events, task records, agent outputs, support communications, and security-relevant metadata.

When you connect third-party services, we collect the OAuth tokens, identifiers, permissions, and content needed to provide the integrations you request.

Google, Gmail, Slack, and Other Integrations

If you authorize Google or Gmail access, Orgenix may read and process Gmail messages, metadata, labels, sender and recipient information, and related account data only as needed to ingest, route, summarize, and act on workflows you configure.

If you authorize Slack access, Orgenix may read and process Slack workspace, channel, user, message, and event data only as needed to provide connected workflow features.

Other integrations, such as GitHub or Cursor-related setup, may provide account identifiers, installation state, repository or workspace metadata, and event data needed to operate those integrations.

How We Use Data

We use data to provide, secure, debug, improve, and support Orgenix, including agent workflow execution, onboarding, authentication, notifications, and integration handling.

We may use trusted service providers for hosting, databases, email delivery, logging, security, and AI model processing. These providers process data on our behalf for service delivery.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use Google Workspace or Gmail data for advertising. We do not use Google Workspace or Gmail data to train generalized AI models.

Google API Limited Use

Orgenix's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Human access to Google user data is limited to situations where you request support, access is necessary for security or abuse investigation, access is required by law, or you have otherwise given consent.

Retention and Deletion

We retain account, integration, and workflow data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, improve reliability, and enforce agreements.

You can request deletion of your account or connected integration data by emailing t@orgenix.ai. We may retain limited records where required for security, legal, billing, or audit purposes.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect data in the service. No internet service is perfectly secure, and you are responsible for managing the accounts and permissions you connect to Orgenix.

Contact
